These Regulations are the
Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 6) .
These Regulations commence on 6 August 2004.
3 Amendment of Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2003 Schedule 1 amends the
Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2003 .

[ 1 ] Schedule 1, Part 2, subparagraph 3 (3) (c) (iii)

(i) is registered as a medical practitioner under the Medical Deputising Service — After Hours Other Medical Practitioners Program; and
(ii) is providing general medical services in accordance with that Program; and
(iii) is not vocationally registered under section 3F of the Act.

Medical Deputising Service — After Hours Other Medical Practitioners Program is a program administered by the Commission that, in relation to medical services provided in accordance with the Program, provides a particular level of medicare benefits.
