1Name

This instrument is the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment (2021 Measures No. 2) Regulations 2021.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2021

Clause 5.10.25 of Schedule 1

Repeal the clause, substitute:

5.10.25Restrictions on items 50200 and 50201—provider and timing

Items 50200 and 50201 do not apply to a service provided to a patient by a provider if the provider has provided the same service to the patient more than once in the previous 12 months.

Schedule 1 (item 47069, column 2)

Omit “open”, substitute “closed”.

Omit “(other than ankle or first metatarsophalangeal joint)”, substitute “(other than ankle) or first metatarsophalangeal joint”.
