1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Health Insurance (Extended Medicare Safety Net - Midwives) Amendment Determination 2010.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences as follows:
(a) on 1 November 2010 – sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b) on 1 January 2011 – Schedule 2.
