1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 5).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

(a)on 1 November 2005 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 January 2006 — Schedule 2.

1. Amendment of Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2005

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2005.
