1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 5).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 September 2004.

3Amendment of Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2003

Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2003.

[1]Schedule 1, Part 2, subrule 42 (3), before definition of practice location

insert

ASGCmeans the document titled Australian Standard Geographical Classification (ASGC) 2002, published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, as in force on 1 July 2002.

[2]Schedule 1, Part 2, subrule 42 (3), after definition of Rural, Remote and Metropolitan Areas Classification

SLA means a Statistical Local Area specified in the ASGC.

SSD means a Statistical Subdivision specified in the ASGC.
