1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

Paediatric spine, spinal cord and overlying subcutaneous tissues, ultrasound scan of, performed by or on behalf of a medical practitioner, where:

  • (a)

    the service is not associated with a service to which an item in Subgroup 2 or 3 applies; and

  • (b)

    the patient is referred by a medical practitioner; and

  • (c)

    the referring practitioner is not a member of a group of practitioners of which the first-mentioned practitioner is a member (R)
