1. Name of Approval

This Approval is the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging — Continuing Medical Education and Quality Assurance Programs) Approval 2000.

1. Commencement

This Approval commences on 1 January 2001.

1. Definition

In this Approval:

Act means the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1. Approval

For subsection 23DSB (1) of the Act, a program mentioned in Schedule 1 that is provided by the organisation mentioned in the Schedule in relation to the program is an approved program of continuing medical education and quality assurance in respect of providers of diagnostic imaging services.
