(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Health Insurance Commission Act 1973.

After regulation 4 of the Health Insurance Commission Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed period for purposes of paragraph 41c (8) (a) of Act

“5. For the purposes of paragraph 41c (8) (a) of the Act, the prescribed period is the period of 2 years that commenced on 1 January 1981.”.
