Health Insurance Commission Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Health Insurance Commission Act 1973.

After regulation 4a of the Health Insurance Commission Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed amount for the purposes of sub-section 38 (1) of the Act

“4b. For the purposes of sub-section 38 (1) of the Act, the amount of $1,000,000 is prescribed.”.
