Health Insurance Commission Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Commission Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 April 1993.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Health Insurance Commission Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3G (Additional functions of the Commission: Hib vaccinations)

3.1   Subregulation 3G (2):

Omit “born on or after 1 February 1993.”, substitute “aged under 5 years on the date of purchase.”.
