1Name

This instrument is the Health Insurance (Bonded Medical Program) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2022.

2Commencement

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Health Insurance (Bonded Medical Program) Rule 2020

Section 4 (definition of per-day basis)

Repeal the definition, substitute:

per-day basis: a bonded participant completes 1 week of their return of service obligation on a per-daybasis, if they are employed in eligible work on two or more days with a total of at least 20 hours.
