This instrument is the
Health Insurance (Bonded Medical Program) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2022 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 124ZT(1) of the
Health Insurance Act 1973 .
Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 1, and any other item in Schedule 1 to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Repeal the definition, substitute:
per-day basis : a bonded participant completes 1 week of their return of service obligation on aper-day basis , if they are employed in eligible work on two or more days with a total of at least 20 hours.
