1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 4).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on 1 November 2011 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 January 2012 — Schedule 2.

1. Amendment of Health Insurance Regulations 1975

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Health Insurance Regulations 1975.
