  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 10).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 January 2005.

  1. Amendment of Health Insurance Regulations 1975

Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance Regulations 1975.

For paragraph 10 (2) (aa) of the Act, a service described in an item of the general medical services table mentioned in column 3 of Schedule 6 is prescribed.
