1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

1. (a)

   on 1 November 2001 — regulations 1 to 3, and Schedule 1;

2. (b)

   on 1 November 2002 — Schedule 2.

3Amendment of Health Insurance Regulations 1975

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Health Insurance Regulations 1975.
