1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 1).

This Determination commences on 1 March 2014.

This Determination is made under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule

Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Determination 2014

1         Subsection 4(1), at the end of paragraph (o) of the definition of eligible disability

Add:

; (p)   Rett’s disorder.

2         Schedule 1, item 18

Omit all the words after “Australia”.

3         Schedule 1, part 5 of Schedule 2, items 82000, 82005, 82010, 82015, 82020, 82025, 82030 and 82035

Omit “Resources”, replace with “Services”.
