Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
Amendment of Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Determination 2011
Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Determination 2011.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(section 3)
[1] Schedule 1, Qualification requirements for allied health professionals, items 7, 8, 9, 16 and 17
The following items are amended by omitting ‘is a psychologist who is registered without limitation as a person who may provide that kind of service’ and inserting ‘holds general registration in the health profession of psychology’:

·item 9, paragraph (b)
·item 16, paragraph (a)
·item 17.
