  1. Name of Principles

These Principles are the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories – Approval) Amendment Principles 2013 (No.1).

  1. Commencement

   These Principles commence on 1 December 2013.

3              Authority

These Principles are made under subsection 23DNA(1) of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

4              Schedule

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
