I, ANTONY KINGDON, Delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, make these Principles in accordance with the powers vested in the Minister under subsection 23DNA (1) of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

These Principles are the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories – Approval) Amendment Principles 2009 (No. 1).
Commencement
These Principles commence on 1 July 2009.
