Name of Principles
These Principles are the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories — Approval) Amendment Principles 2007 (No. 3).
Commencement
These Principles commence as follows:
(a) on the day after they are registered — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b) immediately after the commencement of the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories — Approval) Amendment Principles 2007 (No. 2) — Schedule 2.
Amendment of Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories — Approval) Principles 2002
Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories — Approval) Principles 2002.
