1.1 These Regulations commence on 20 March 1997.
2.1 The Health Insurance (1996-97 Pathology Services Table) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Schedule, Part 1, paragraph 4 (2) (d):
After “in relation to”, insert “clozaril, ticlopidine hydrochloride,”.
