Health Insurance (1990-91 General Medical Services Table) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Health Insurance (1990-91 General Medical Services Table) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Schedule (Table of Medical Services, Rules of Interpretation)

2.1 Subrule 8(1):

Omit "physical", substitute "personal".

3. Schedule (Table of Medical Services, Services and Fees)

3.1 Part 1:

Omit the heading, substitute:

"PART 1—PROFESSIONAL ATTENDANCES NOT COVERED BY AN ITEM IN ANOTHER PART OF SCHEDULE 1 OR 1A".

3.2 Part 8A:

Before item 2894, insert:

"Sealed Radioactive Sources".

3.3 Part 8A:

After item 2898, omit:

"Sealed Radioactive Sources".

3.4 Part 8A:

Before item 2927, insert:

"Radiotherapy planning".

3.5 Items 7828, 7831 and 7834:

Omit "Amount under rule 31", substitute:

"Amount under rule 33".

3.6 Item 7836:

Omit "Amount under rule 3", substitute:

"Amount under rule 33".
