HEALTH (FOOD STANDARDS) (GENERAL) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the advice of the
Food Advisory Committee.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Health (Food Standards) (General)

Amendment Regulations 1990.
Regulation DI amended

2.    Regulation D1 of the Health (Food Standards) (General) Regulations 1987*

is amended in subregulation (31) by deleting "1.35 cents for 3 kilograms" and

substituting the following—

" 0.6 cents per kilogram ".
