Amendment Regulations 2004

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (Food
Standards) (Administration) Regulations 1986*.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Food Standards)
(Administration) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3.            The regulations amended

4.            Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6 is amended by deleting "$25" and inserting instead —
