Health (Food Hygiene) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Health (Food Hygiene) Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (Food
Hygiene) Regulations 1993*.

4.             Schedule 5 amended

Schedule 5 is amended by deleting “46” in both places where it
occurs and inserting instead —

“ 48 ”.
