Health (Food and Pet Meat) Repeal

Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Health (Food and Pet Meat) Repeal
Regulations 2009.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) regulation 3 — on the day on which the Food Act 2008

By Command of the Governor, PETER CONRAN, Clerk of the Executive Council.

section 147(14) comes into operation.

3. Regulations repealed
These regulations are repealed —

(a) the Health (ANZ Food Standards Code Adoption)

Regulations 2001;

(b)	the Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations 1993;
(c)	the Health (Food Standards) (Administration)

Regulations 1986;

(d)	the Health (Meat Hygiene) Regulations 2001;
(e)	the Health (Pet Meat) Regulations 1990.
