Health (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Act 1997 .24 February 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 1997 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees payable for non-nursing home care in public hospitals) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "$3.60" from paragraph (a) of item 4 in the table and substituting "$3.70"; (b) by omitting "$3.60" from paragraph (b) of item 4 in the table and substituting "$3.70"; (c) by omitting "$3.60" from paragraph (c) of item 4 in the table and substituting "$3.70"; (d) by omitting "$15.40" from paragraph (d) of item 4 in the table and substituting "$18.50".
