1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations (No. 2) 2025. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect 14 days after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017. 5Legislation rescindedThe legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
