I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Act 1997 .11 February 2025

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations 2025. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 March 2025. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
