AN ACT to amend the Health Education Council

Act, 1958.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Health	Short title
and citation.

Education Council Act Amendment Act, 1961.

(2) In this Act the Health Education Council

Act, 1958, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Health Education Council Act,

1958-1961.

amended 3. Section six of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the word, "seventeen" in line two of subsection (1), the word, "eighteen";
(b)	by substituting for the word, "thirteen" in line four of subsection (1), the word, "fourteen";
(c)	by adding after the passage, "(W.A. Branch);" in line six of subsection (3), the following passage—"one shall be a nominee of the Australian Dental Association (W.A. Branch);" ; and
(d)	by substituting for the word, "eight" in line three of the proviso to paragraph (a) of subsection (7), the word, "nine."
