Health (Drugs and Poisons—Dispensing of Controlled Drugs) Amendment Regulation 2017 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Health (Drugs and Poisons—Dispensing of Controlled Drugs) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 October 2017.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Regulation 1996.

4   Amendment of s 84 (Dealing with paper prescriptions and particular written instructions)

(1)Section 84(5)(a)(i), ‘14 days after the end of each month’—
omit, insert—

7 days after the end of each week
