This regulation may be cited as the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health(DrugsandPoisons)Regulation1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 303 (Inspector not required to deliver portion of drug or poison seized) 3. Section 303(4)— omit, insert— ‘ (4) This section expires on 31 December 1999.’. ˙ Amendment of s 303A (General powers after entering places) 4.
