s1 2 s4 Health (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation No. 275, 2001 (No. 2) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health(DrugsandPoisons)Regulation 1996. 3 Amendment of s 303 (Inspector not required to deliver portion of drug or poison seized Section 303(4), ‘31 December 2001’— omit, insert— ‘30 June 2002’. 4 Amendment of s 303A (General powers after entering places) Section 303A(6), ‘31 December 2001’— omit, insert— ‘30 June 2002’.
