This regulation may be cited as th Hea e lth (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends th Regulation 1996 . H e ealth (Drugs and Poisons) ˙ Insertion of new s 188A 3. After section 188— insert — ˙ ‘ Naltrexone ‘ 188A. A person must not administer, supply or prescribe naltrexone unless the person administers, supplies or prescribes the naltrexone under an approval. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.’. ENDNOTES 1.
