Health (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 March 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health(DrugsandPoisons)Regulation 1996 . 4 Amendment of s 131 (Advertising controlled drugs) Section 131(2)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) a price list that complies with the document called ‘Price Information Code of Practice’, published by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, as in force from time to time. Editor’s note A copy of the Price Information Code of Practice may be obtained from the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s website at < 5 Amendment of s 220 (Advertising of restricted drugs) Section 220(2)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) a price list that complies with the document called ‘Price Information Code of Practice’, published by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, as in force from time to time.
