a copy of an entry in the Business Names Register. provided

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Health (Drugs and Allied Substances)

Amendment Regulations 2012.

Note: Under the Inte rpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations

come into operation on the day on which they are published in the

Registration Act 2011 (CommomNealth),

Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Health (Drugs and Allied

Substances) Regulu Lions 1961.

3.            Re-ulation A.01.002 amended

In regulation !1.01.002(b)(ii) delete ` ppropriate law of any State or Territory of the Commonwealth, or is a firm registered under the Business Names Act of any State or Territory." and insert:

Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth), or is a f ii'm to which a

business name is re^^ stered under- the Business Names

Regrrlcriions 20/2.
Note: Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations

come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Higher Education

Regrrlcriions 2005.

3.             Re-ulation 2 amended

In i ,egulation 2(1) delete the definition of re^isterer/ husiness

name and insert:

re'isterer/ business name means a business name that
is registered under the Business Names Registration

Act 2 011 (Commonwealth);
