EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations –

(a) prescribe the form of a warrant for the purposes of the Health Complaints Act 1995 ; and (b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Health Complaints Regulations 2005 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
