I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Complaints Act 1995 .9 May 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Health Complaints Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn these regulations – Act means the Health Complaints Act 1995 . 4Prescribed form of warrantFor the purpose of section 47(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed form of a warrant is in accordance with Form 1 as set out in Schedule 1 to these regulations.
