Health Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, NEAL BLEWETT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975.

1. Regulation 2 of the Health Commission Regulations is repealed and the

following regulation substituted:

Interpretation

"2. In these Regulations, 'the Ordinance' means the Health Commission

Ordinance 1975.".

Repeal of regulation 9

2. Regulation 9 of the Health Commission Regulations is repealed.
