1. These regulations may be cited as theHealth Commission (Prescribed Health Service)
2. In these regulations:"Act" means the
South Australian Health Commission Act, 1976 .
3. Pursuant to paragraph(d) of the definition of "health service " in section 6 of the Act, the
following services are prescribed:
the provision of linen and laundry services to hospitals or other health care providers; | |
the allocation of resources between incorporated hospitals and incorporated health centres. |
