I, NEAL BLEWETT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975.

Hospital accommodation fees—nursing-home type patients

1. Regulation 3B of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) "$12.40" and substituting "$12.75"; and
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (b) "$50.75" and substituting "$52.10".

Nursing-home fees

2. Regulation 4 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (a) "$40.45" and substituting

"$46.10";

(b) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (b) "$40.45" and substituting

"$46.10";

"$54.96".
(c) by omitting from paragraph (	1) (c) "$41.88" and substituting

"$47.53";

(d) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (d) "$43.31" and substituting

"$48.96";

(e) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (e) "$46.45" and substituting

"$52.10";

(f) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (f) "$46.45" and substituting

"$52.10";

(g) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (g) "$47.88" and substituting

"$53.53"; and

(h) by omitting from paragraph ( 1) (h) "$49.31" and substituting
