Health Commission (Charges) Regulations

(Amendment)

I, MICHAEL JOHN RANDAL MACKELLAR, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975.

Repeal of regulation 8

1. Regulation 8 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

repealed.
Prescribed classes of persons for the purposes of sub-section 74 (3) of the

Ordinance

2. Regulation 9 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "or 'notifiable disease' ".

Repeal of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

repealed.

4. The Health Commission (Charges) Regulations are amended as set out

in the following table:
