I, DONALD JAMES GRIMES, the Minister of State for Community Services, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975.

Hospital accommodation fees—standard patients

1. Regulation 3 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (a) (i) "$80.00" and substituting "$95.00";
(b)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (a) (ii) "$80.00" and substituting "$95.00"; and
(c)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (a) (iii) "$130.00" and substituting "$150.00".

Hospital accommodation fees—short-stay patients

2. Regulation 3A of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended by omitting from paragraph (a) "$40.00" and substituting "$47.50".
