HEALTH (CARAVAN PARKS AND CAMPING GROUNDS) REPEAL

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Caravan Parks and

Camping Grounds) Repeal Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Repeal of regulations

3.      The Health (Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds) Regulations 1974*

are repealed.
