HEALTH (CARAVAN PARKS AND CAMPING GROUNDS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Caravan Parks and

Camping Grounds) Amendment Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 September 1994.

Principal regulation

3.     In these regulations the Health Act (Caravan Parks and Camping

Grounds) Regulations 1974* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 1 amended

4.      Regulation I. of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "Health

and

Act (Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds) Regulations, 1974" substituting the following —

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

" Health (Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds) Regulations 1974

Regulation 5 amended

5.      Regulation 5 of the principial regulations is amended —

(a) in paragraph (c) by inserting after "arrangements;" the following —

" and

(h) in paragraph (d) by deleting "less; and" and substituting the following —

less, "; and

(c) by deleting paragraph (e).
