These Regulations were revoked on 14 May 2001 by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
The provisions pertaining to infection control and prevention in brothels have been incorporated into the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2001, S.R. No. 41/2001.
