Health (Asbestos) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Asbestos)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health
(Asbestos) Regulations 1992*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) Item 1 of Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	after “Gosnells” by inserting — “ Joondalup ”;
(b)	by deleting “Wanneroo”.

(2)	Item 3 of Schedule 1 is amended after “Serpentine-Jarrahdale” by inserting —
“ Wanneroo ”.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended after the item relating to “Wanneroo.
“Tamala Park.” ” by inserting the following item —

“

Wanneroo.	Swan Location 1757 being	1385/18
Flynn Drive,	Lot 1 the subject of
Neerabup.	Diagram 46611; and
Swan Location 2579 being	1434/718
Lot 2 the subject of Diagram 48842.
