Health (ANZ Food Standards Code Adoption)

Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (ANZ Food
Standards Code Adoption) Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (ANZ
Food Standards Code Adoption) Regulations 2001*.

3.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended in the definition of “Australia New
Zealand Food Standards Code” by deleting “Australia New
Zealand Food Authority Act 1991” and inserting instead —

“ Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 ”.

4.	Part 3 Division 1 repealed Part 3 Division 1 is repealed.
5.	Regulation 15A inserted After regulation 15 the following regulation is inserted —
“

15A.	Standard 2.5.1 amended
After subclause 4(1) the following subclause is inserted —
“

(1a) Subclause 4(2) does not apply to goat’s
milk.

”
