Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Health and Community Services Complaints Variation Regulations 2014.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which the Community Housing Providers (National Law) (South Australia) Act 2013 comes into operation.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Health and Community Services Complaints Regulations 2005

4—Variation of regulation 4—Exclusion from definition of community service

1. Regulation 4(1)(c)—delete "Part 11 of the South Australian Co-operative and Community Housing Act 1991" and substitute:

   Schedule 2 of the Community Housing Providers (National Law) (South Australia) Act 2013

2. Regulation 4(2)(b)—delete paragraph (b) and substitute:

   (b)a community housing provider registered under the Community Housing Providers National Law.

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
