I, NICOLA ROXON, Minister for Health and Ageing, revoke the legislative instrument or part of the legislative instrument identified in column 1 of each Schedule, made pursuant to the provision specified in column 2 on the date specified in column 3.

1 Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Health and Ageing Revocation Instrument 2009 (No. 1).
2 Commencement and cessation
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and ceases on 30 June 2010.
3 Revocation
The legislative instruments or parts of legislative instruments identified in the table in each Schedule are revoked.
4 Revocation does not affect amendments
The revocation of the legislative instruments identified in the table in each Schedule does not affect any amendments made by those legislative instruments.
