2 Health (Analyst’s Certificate) No. 402, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health (Analyst’s Certificate) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Analyst’s certificates 2.(1) An analyst’s certificate must be in the form approved by the Chief Health Officer. (2) A person may ask the Chief Health Officer for an analyst’s certificate form. (3) The Chief Health Officer must promptly comply with the request. ˙ Repeal 3.
